What Are The Dark Patch On My Penis That Darkens, Dries And Cracks When Ever I Fall Sick ?

I am 22, 5 10, 150 and very healthy. Sometime last fall, as I was having oral sex with my partner, I got a cut on my foreskin . Ever since then, there has been a darker color patch where that cut was, and everytime I m getting sick the patch darken, dries up, and cracks, causing a lot of irritation. Do you have any idea what this could be? Thanks

Thanks for query,
After some injury there is bruise and later it turned in dark patch.
if irritation is there go for antibiotic course.
Apply some antibiotic cream or moisturizing cream.
