What Are The Dark Spots Near My Vulva?

Hi, I have been noticing dark, freckle- like spots near my vulva and anus. They do not appear to be raised. However, since those areas as not directly exposed to the sun, I am wondering if that s normal. Additionally, would it be risky to get them removed if they are examined and turn out to only be a cosmetic concern? Thank you

Hi.
As per your case history of dark spots on vulva, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
If problem persists then consult a dermatologist for perfect diagnosis and treatment.
