HI, welcome to HCM, The pacemaker insertion in your case seem to have no underlying organic basis. The prime indication is left bundle branch block.since it has been almost 5 years of implantation, you seems to be doing pretty well.Ofcourse you can marry, there is no any contraindication to it. You can aptly marry at any age after 25 yrs once you settle down financially. You can routinely perform all the activities post marriage including fathering your kids. All you need is a regular follow up with your doctor and a semiannual 2 D echo of your heart with a baseline EKG.Consult your cardiologist for further queries. Thank you
