What Are The Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hello, my fiancee and i want a child, a few months ago i had a miscarriage, but at the moment i am 7 days late and my lower stomach is extremely bloated, i have what all seem to be pregnancy symptoms but i am unsure because ive yet to buy a test and my last pregnancy ended so quickly i really didnt have alot of symptoms. Could i be pregnant or are there other causes of my side effects? I also have that intuition i am pregnant, as in i just know

Hallow Dear,

Though delayed menses is the first cardinal symptom of pregnancy, it has to be confirmed by some scientific methods. The other symptoms are:

1. Nausea and vomiting

2. Frequent urination

3. Breast symptoms : Engorgement and tenderness, dark discolouration of nipples & areola with areolar widening, Montgomery's tubercles under the areola and discharge from the nipples.

Bloating of abdomen is not considered as reliable symptom of pregnancy.

These symptoms start appearing any time after about 10 days of missed period.

However, please do not go by the intuitive feeling only. Please get the overnight first morning urine tested for pregnancy. By this time, the test results will be reliable.
