What Are The Early Pregnancy Symptoms?

Well, I have taken home test to check if I am pregnant, but all come out not pregnant. I took a birth control shot in Feb and I haven't had my period yet, yes I'm sexually active, but have used a condom at all times. My breast are sore, like growing pains, and nipples tinder, I bloat (plus lactose, sometimes bloating due to food), and suffer period pains. Am I pregnant? or over worrying when it could be growing pains?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. After a Depo shot, you may not see a period. This is because of the hormone content in the injection. Pregnancy is unlikely in this situation and all your symptoms are likely to be due to the progesterone effect contained in the medication. Growing pains occur with young children and adolescents and since I do not know your age, I cannot comment. In this scenario, I would ask you to get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres to confirm/exclude pregnancy, see a specialist for further help and get a trans-vaginal sonogram. Hope this helps.
