Hello
Approximately 50-70% of infected individuals experience an acute syndrome following primary infection ( as you mentioned that sexual contract were with so many times with so many persons , so this is known as primary contract or infection , if is occurs.
The acute syndrome follows infection by 3-6 weeks.
Orange discharge may be due to some pelvic infection or may be a SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE.
The best option is get in culture ( from a swab) and get it be examined for type of causative organism.
In acute HIV syndrome symptoms are :
Fever, pharyngitis ( as in your case sore throat) ,lymphadenitis , headache /retro-orbital pain, arthralgias/myalgias, lethargy/malaise, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, anorexia/weight loss .
Above mentioned symptoms are of acute stage so deal as according to situation .
Get in western blot rapid NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION TEST ( p24 PCR, RNA ).
Consult a dermatologist and sort this problem at once.
Good luck.

Hello
Orange discharge from vagina is not an indication of HIV infection , virtually ,not at all .
This type of discharge may be due to trauma during sex or cervical , vaginal seminal , semen mixed blood during sexual intercourse .
Now about sore throat , no doubt sore throat may be due to HIV infection and also very early symptom( sign ) among many of other signs ( however you din't mention in query about other symptoms ).
But you forget that sore throat may be due to upper respiratory tract infection , pharyngitis , tonsillitis , flu , viral or any other so many reasons .
I do agree with you that you were at risk due to UNPROTECTED sex but this is not meant that you are having HIV infection .
So I recommend you , get in blood got P 24 rapid NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION test ( pcr , rna ) for HIV infection confirmation.
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of initial primary infection ( contract ) .
Hope this will help you.
