Hello
Approximately 50-70% of infected individuals experience an acute syndrome following primary infection ( as you mentioned that sexual contract were with so many times with so many persons , so this is known as primary contract or infection , if is occurs.
The acute syndrome follows infection by 3-6 weeks.
Orange discharge may be due to some
pelvic infection or may be a
SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASE.
The best option is get in culture ( from a swab) and get it be examined for type of causative organism.
In
acute HIV syndrome symptoms are :
Fever, pharyngitis ( as in your case sore throat) ,
lymphadenitis , headache /retro-orbital pain, arthralgias/myalgias, lethargy/malaise, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, anorexia/weight loss .
Above mentioned symptoms are of acute stage so deal as according to situation .
Get in western blot rapid NUCLEIC ACID AMPLIFICATION TEST ( p24 PCR, RNA ).
Consult a dermatologist and sort this problem at once.
Good luck.
