What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of HIV?
This November 6, i went to sex worker. She wear me 2 condoms before penetration. During penetration mean while i touched her vargin but i didn t feel any liquid or fuild. After some time i think 5-10 min i pull out my penis. Then she start hand job during hand job i wear both condom. After 5-10 min i removed condoms and start hand job my self up to ejaculated. i am really scare after that day. As much as i read symptoms on internet i feel those symptom from that day. I have done HIV 1 & 2 rapid test after 51 day i was negative. i am not able to sleep at night. wake up at night and a little sweat come. I have lost my appetite since 3 week. Now doctor told that u have a swelling at liver. Yesterday i got loose motion 4 a day can u please tell me, after these symptoms and test is i am HIV positive ? i am waiting for your response

Thank you for query.The chances of transmission of HIV by unprotected vaginal route is 1/ 200 to 1/2000 even if the partner is HIV infected.It is least as you have protected intercourse.so relax and do not worry.Just by touch it is not possible to get HIV.The symptoms are non specific and can be due to viral infection or mainly anxiety.You consult physician for proper investigation for liver enlargement.I do not see the possibility of you getting infected with HIV by this.You can go for HIV RNA PCR if you have anxiety for HIV still at this stage as rapid test may not be conclusive at this stage..You can get back to me for any clarifications with the details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and Venereologist

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have exposed to the risk. But you have very little chance of getting hiv infection. Symptoms of hiv are persistent fever, chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, weaknesses, lymphadenopathy, frequently infection etc. you have apetite bloss but mostly it is due to loiver problems. Still if for your satisfaction you can go for confirmatory hiv testing once.
