What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I m 27 me and my partner have been trying for a baby for the last three months, this month I m 4 days late for my period, my boobs for the last week and a bit have been swollen very veiny and sore, I ve been getting headaches, and LOTS of breakouts could I be pregnant I ve taken a test about 3 days ago which come back negative but for my daughter tests wouldn t show until I was 6 weeks pregnant.

Understand your concern
Your symptoms sound like pregnancy. Pregnancy test is negative because you did early at that time HCG is not so high in urine so can not be detected in test.
Better to confirm again if period id delayed by 10-12 days from you normap period date. Best confirmation can be done by USG scan or by Blood HCG level.
Swollen/sore and veiny breast are due to pregnancy as hormonal imbalance.
Sometime headache and breakout are a symptoms of pregnancy.
