i and my hubby had sex last sept 12 which is my fertility day and other day.. and i take duphaston to regulate my menstration as per advise of my ob, i take sept 12-21... and on sept 22. i see a red blood on my undies , so i thought that is start of my menstration and it last for 1 day ... is it possible im pregnant even if i take duphaston... pls clear my mind ... we wanted to have a baby ... thanks a lot abby

Duphastone is prescribed in early pregnancy to develop the endometrium lining. or in the pre conception period to get mature the endometrium and make it favourable for implantation so conception can take place.
If you had spotting one day then you should do pregnancy kit test and if it comes negative then repeat it after 7/8 days.
I advise you to do ultra sound also to make confirm if there is conception occurs and viable fetus is there.
And consult a gynecologist..
