What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I am 51 year old female exhibiting all the signs and symptoms that are part of both pregnancy and menopause, including a menstrual cycle that came to an abrupt stop more than 2 months ago, mood swings, weight gain, etc. I am also type 2 diabetic, thalicimic, and being treated with methotrexate for severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have had 3 previous conceptions and live births and am ready to accept and deal with menopause. What are the chances that i am actually pregnant, and how do I find a doctor that would help me abort under these circumstances, with my husbands agreement and full support?

I understand your query & concern.
Your confusion is natural for a common man's impression about pregnancy. Though delayed period/ weight gain remain same in menopause & pregnancy too, it differs mainly with the fact that in pregnancy there are raised pregnancy hormones in maternal system -which can be easily tested by HCG testing ( pregnancy test) in urine or blood .
So blood /urine pregnancy test would differentiate pregnancy or menopausal condition.
In case ( though rare) you are confirmed to be pregnant, you should go for MTP- which should be preferably done at multi speciality hospital/ medical institute where monitoring for haemoglobin level, prevention of excessive blood loss, proper oxygenation monitoring , blood sugar level monitoring is available.
