What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I had a D&C Nov 21, on Dec 24 got my period was heavy and bright red for 5 days. Saturday January 17 had some brownish pinkish bleeding. It lasted a few hours than went away. Monday it happened again then stopped. Expected period is today January 21, not no period. I have some light cramps and nausea. I also took a pregnancy test but it was negative. Could I be pregnant??? In October I went to the doctors with the same symptoms and they did blood work and ultra sound but all was negative,but I didn t feel myself, in Nov I found out I was 8 weeks pergnant.

I understand your concern.
- After MTP , you got a heavy period in December. This was followed by slight brownish/ pinkish bleeding lasted for two hours. This was before the due day of your periods & now the normal period is delayed by four days.
- Considering the light bleeding to be implantation bleeding along with light cramps & nausea there seems to be possibility of pregnancy.
- Pregnancy can be confirmed by
- Internal examination by gynecologist /Home pregnancy test / USG lower abdomen
