What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor, i have a question. My boyfriend used condoms and i used ipill before having sex yesterday. All of a sudden i got blood after having sex with him. And after a day, iam getting vomiting and feeling nausea. Is there any solution.Means are these symptoms related to pregnancy. Please, can you advise me doctor. Thanks

Hi,
I understand your concern.
* Both of you had used contraceptive major- so there is no possibility of conception.
Blood after sex in your case might be due to-
- Injury to vagina,it's walls,cervix during sex,
-Infection of vagina/cervix/pelvis before sex may lead to bleeding,
- Sex with STD can cause bleeding
- erosion of cervix/cervical polyp,
* I pill is an emergency contraceptive with high hormonal content. Nausea & vomiting you have ,are the side effects of I pill.
- You will get periods within 8-10 days of taking I pill.Your cycle may be disturbed for a while. It will come back to normal in few months.
After you should consult a gynecologist to check for cause of the bleeding after sex.& get specific treatment.
