What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I always have a regular period cycle. In December I had protected sex a few weeks before my menstrual cycle. On Dec 25th I end up getting my period (it was a light period only lasted a couple of days), in the month of January I didn't see my period at all. Now it's the month of February and I have yet to see my period...which is strange to me. My mom have came to the conclusion that I'm pregnant she said especially the way I'm filling out. Even though I had protected sex she mentioned how it could of been a hole in it or something. Can someone please help me out? I also go for a pregnancy test at my clinic and I'll speak to my ob gyn next week.

My Dear Madam,

If you have missed your period for 2 months, even internal clinical examination can diagnose the pregnancy. However, you may get urine pregnancy test and/or ultrasonography done for the same.

By this time, you would be experiencing the other symptoms of pregnancy like nausea & vomiting, frequent urination and breast changes which include engorgement and soreness in the breasts, dark discolouration of nipples & areola with increase in areolar size and secretions form the nipples.
