Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the suspicion of pregnancy arises when there is missed period. The urine pregnancy test gives accurate results if done a week after missed period. The pregnancy symptoms like nausea, vomiting, increased urination, sore breasts start after 2 weeks of missed period. The pain might be due to muscular pain and might not be related to conception.Avoid stress as it causes hormonal imbalance leading to delay of fertility.Regular intercourse daily increases the chances of conception. Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
