What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I am 22 years old, i was due on my period 3-4 days ago and still waiting for it to appear. The other day i noticed a sharp pain in my left side lower abdomen and now its turned into a constant dull ache. I have also had some light brown spotting. Could it be a cyst or could i be pregnant again? Me and my boyfriend have always used condoms and my last period was the 25th February.

1.Condoms do have a good failure rate compare to all other birth control methods.
2.If you have missed your periods, get an urine pregnancy test done.
3.The spotting and symptoms are seen in pregnancy and they are not specific findings.
4.Why are you talking about cyst ? had ultrasound ? then its not cyst. its pregnancy.
5.Take good protection in future to avoid confusions.
