What Are The Early Signs And Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, I am 24 years old..My son is 8 months old..Last month i had an abortion and after that i inserted a multiload IUD.had sexual intercourse 8 days after insertion..Now i feel very much tensed if i am conceiving.How can i make sure of this..?I feel slight back pain and a few other symptoms..Please advice..

1. Early signs will include: low pelvic & back pain or breast pain, heaviness in head, or nausea and vomiting.

2. Take a home test of UPT (Urine Pregnancy Test) to confirm the same.

3. Best choice later wil be copper-T since you do not have to worry everyday about contraception.
