What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy Before Missed Period?

Im just woundering could i be pregnant i had a period on the 26 of april but onlt last for 4 days they were very light and on the 2nd of may i had sex my next period not due till the 26 of may .ive been gettin on and of pains in my boobs and a bit moody i also only had a baby 6months ago ....

Hello,

You had very light periods after sex and you are due for the next month. You had been having unprotected sex. You have not mentioned if you are on CP or any other contraceptive device. You are experiencing symptoms of pain in your boobs and are also moody. Early signs of pregnancy before missing periods are implantation bleeding, spotting, sensitivity to smell, tender breasts, fatigue, cramping, frequent urination, light headedness, etc.

If you miss your periods you are suggested to get a pregnancy test done with the first morning mid stream urine. Get clinically examined by a Gynae, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus. You will be accordingly managed. Your gynae may suggest USG (uterus and fallopian tube) to detect ectopic pregnancy or if pregnant to estimate the well being and gestational age of the fetus. Manage stress, avoid anxiety. Avoid doing heavy work. Take quality sleep. Stay well hydrated. Take home made food rich in minerals & protein.
