What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hello, I am 16 years old. I am very scared because I missed my period and its already 8 days late, lately I've been feeling weird. Me and my boyfriend were dry humping with only underwear on, I usually get really wet while doing this and my underwear get really wet but I'm not sure if he ejaculates or pre-cums ,I asked him but he said no.
