What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

My wife had her period on the 21st of February, but didn't get her period for March and still hasn't had her period and its not the 6th of April, she stopped taking her weight loss pills just in case but still no period is there a chance she could be pregnant??

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods can be due to pregnancy, weight loss or hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism.
She should get a urine pregnancy test done and if negative, then hormonal profile should be done.
