What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I have recently confirmed my pregnancy and believe I am approx. 4 weeks pregnant. I experience mild cramping the odd time, and sometimes I will get a quick sharp pain on my left lower abdomen, but not excruiating. I am tired at times, and my nipples were sore last week but this week they are not sore anymore just erect. I dont feel very pregnant. Is this normal? When am I suppose to feel 'pregnant'?

these symptoms are normal during pregnancy. you can get an ultasound scan done to see the location of pregnancy and how the pregnancuy is developing although babys heart beat might not be visible at such an early stage.
