What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

hi im 4-5 weeks pregnant maybe a bit out with date,took a clearblue test on sunday it was positive,yesterday at doctors it was neg,today the second line was bearly there and clear blue was positive so doctor said i was,my temp was 36.9 all week today its 37.9 celicus,is this a good sign that my temp is increasing?had previous m/c and i stress easy for this reason.
