What Are The Early Signs Of Pregnancy?

Hello....for the past week I have had very sore breasts and lower back pains....I usually get my period between day 26 and day 29...today is day 29. For the past four days I have been leaking very minimal watery discharge...then today, on day 29 I had a light pink spotting that went away as fast as it appeared. Could I possibly be pregnant?

I have gone through your question and I understood your problem.
Following are the early signs of pregnancy

Missed period
Fatigue
Morning sickness
Nausea
Spotting
Frequent urination
Headache
Heart burn
Constipation
Tender breasts

Look these signs are only suggestive of pregnancy and are not the confirmatory signs of pregnancy. So I advice you to undergo urine pregnancy test or a sonography which will confirm whether you are pregnant or not.Thank you.
