What Are The Effects Of Dolo In A Baby?

If a 2 months child took 2 dolo650 pills at a time accidentally what will happen? what are the symptoms occurred? when will the symptoms start? Also If mother took 4 dolo650 pills at a time and giving milk to 2 months child. Any problem will be there?

Acetaminophen has a lot of side effects on children including liver damage, shallow breathing, persistent crying. The later two happen as early sign. Thoug you have not mentioned the weight of your child, its most likely below the fatal dose. As the gastric lavage time is already passed kindly monitor the child and if any abnormalities noticed please take to hospital.
Moreover acetaminophen secrets into breast milk and cause side effects to child. So better to avoid this drug at this period.
