What Are The Effects Of Duphaston On Fetus?

Hi, i am 6 weeks pregnant and had seen a small fetal but still no heartbeat, advised to come back after 10 days for another u/s. I had 2 miscarriages, and now i am advised to take duphaston 10mg twice daily and an hcg injection once a week. What is the effect of duphaston to my baby? And hcg injection also? Thank you so much. Appreciate your answer.

Hi, welcome to HCM. Duphaston is the right choice in this situation and hcg inj also. Duphaston and hcg can carry your prrgnancy and help for better growth and for good prognosis. These drugs prevent miscarriage. My opinion is you take folvite 5mg od and followup usg to be done as your doctor advised you. Wish you a good result.
