What Are The Effects Of Alcohol Consumption On Daily Basis?
I take amla alouvera 60 ml each every day along with half spoon cardmom+turmeric powder+two tabs Liv 52 DS+Revital regularly in the morning at intervals and 45minitues morning walk.......but after 3:00pm ioften take 4to6 pegs whisky every day with nutritious diet. Iwanna know the harms.

Taking a nutritious diet cannot save you from many of alcohol related adverse effects. You still will have withdrawal on taking alcohol. The damage to your liver cannot be totally avoided by the supplements you are taking. Alcohol also increases your risk of hypertension, diabetes and heart disease.
