What Are The Effects Of Fluctuating Levels Of B12, Folate And T6?

The day after having a general hypothyroidism blood test (my levo meds are being slightly adjusted) I received a letter from my GP saying I m to go back for additional tests in 2 months - it looks like the form says B12 folate T6. What would this be to test for?
