What Are The Effects Of Giving More Antibiotics Than Prescribed To Child?

My 5 month old is on 2 lots of antibiotics one is twice a day and one is three times. I have gave her the twice a day one three times instead of 2 for past 2 daysas I didn't realise. Will she be ok she seems fine in herself. Just hasn't pooed yesterday or today thank you
