What Are The Effects Of High Blood Pressure?

my mothers blood pressure is 200 over 100 and she won go to the emergency room. She drank some garlic water se made and went to take a nap. should i be concerned and make her go to the emergency room. FYI she was prescribed blood pressure medication but is not taking it

Hi
She must be compliant to her medicine and with this much high blood pressure, she needs to take her anti-hypertensive which is already prescribed by her physician. Check her blood pressure half an hour lafter she takes medicine.
