What Are The Effects Of Siphene 100mg For Sonography?

i have taken siphene 100mg from day 6 and on 11th day for the sonography which multiple small follicles and one dominant follicle in rt ovary size 17x12 mm ans et triple layer 6mm. on day 12 rt ovary follicle 17x 16mm and et 6mm and then was injected. on day 14 th no foliicle seen and et still 6mm ... what can i infer? do i have a problem has the ovum realeased?

Siphene tablets 100mg restore the normal function of the ovaries, allowing an egg to mature and be released (ovulation), which can then be fertilised. Siphene tablets 100mg are also used to restore normal menstrual cycle in women with irregular ovulation or amenorrhoea due to several causes, including taking oral contraceptives or polycystic ovary syndrome.

Taking siphene cause maturation of follicle and release of ovum. This increases chance of pregnancy during the cycle.
