What Are The Effects Of Taking Cabgolin?

Hi. my prolactin level is 43.6. Am taking Cabgolin 0.25mg (twice a week) for the past three months. its mentioned in that tablet that "its recommemded that women seeking pregnancy should discontinue cangolin one month before intended conception as a precautionary measure". is it safe for me to have that tablet?
