What Are The Findings In The Following X-ray Results?

Hi, doctor. The findings in my x-ray is:there are fibrohazed densities in the right upper lobe. Heart aorta and pulmonary vascular markings are within normal limits. Diaphragm and sinuses are preserved. Intact bony thorax. Impression: Minimal PTB, right upper lobe. I already undergo 6 mos. medication. Then when I had my xray. It says like that.. What does it mean doc.?

Thank you for posting your query.

You have not mentioned how much time it has passed since you stop taking medications. In such case I will advise a repeat X Ray thorax from some other centre ( as X Ray says minimal) , and a blood workup. In our OPD setups after due considerations to the allergies, we advise patients to take treatment for XDR TB as a treatment failure case.
