What Are The Harmful Effects Of Accidentally Inhaling Plastic Fumes?

I left a pot of water boiling some plastic breast pump pieces on the stove too long. The plastic melted, causing stinky melted plastic and smoke throughout the house. Is this harmful to me and my 3 month old to inhale? Do I need to get out of the house?

Smoke is always harmful for you and your baby in any form and from any where . Avoid it's exposure . It may contain some poisonous gases such as carbon monoxide etc. That is harmful to you and your baby . It may cause direct injury to lung tissues or after entering in to blood it can harm any body part especially brain and heart.so if must avoid recurrent exposure of these harmful smoke exposure and if you have any cough or feeling of suffocation or chest discomfort you should go to your physician for proper examination and further management .
