What Are The Harmful Effects Of Ultrasound On The Fetus?
Hello. I have been reading about ultrasound safety durin pregnancy and the results I got some of them Were scary . I m 37 weeks pregnant and I havent done any us till yesterday I went to a different doc whom I told I don t like is but she did it any way. Regarding the us would be harmful if one us would really do harm n me being in the 3 rd trimester what effects can it do ???

Your perception about ultrasound scan and its safety in pregnancy is wrong.
Ultrasound is one of the best investigating modalities used in pregnancy with adverse effects almost nil.
There is no harm in getting it done and it is done routinely in all pregnant women to check for fetal well being.
