What Are The Health Risks Associated With OxyElite Pro?

A good friend of mine is taking oxypro elite, claims she has no side effects like she has had with other supplements (nervousness, shakiness etc), has more energy and a decrease in appetite. Because it isn't regulated by the FDA, kind of makes me nervous to try it. Do you know of any health risks with this particular supplement?
