What Are The Health Risks In Consuming Melted Plastic In Food?

Hello, I placed a baking dish in the over in order to make a chicken recipe. Unfortunately, I left the plastic top on it at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. The plastic was melted on top, although I was able to take the entire top off the dish as it was not fully melted, i am afraid that it may be hazardous to ingest the food. What do you think?
