okay. i live a very healthy lifestyle in general. i have extremely low stress. i get moderate exercise. im a bit of a fanatic about my diet. i drink socially, possibly a little heavy...that's one strike, but always wine. and here's the issue, i like to smoke when i drink, but only 1 or 2 cigarettes. it's been that way for years, maybe 5 years. i don't want to quit. it's my only vice. SERIOUSLY, is this SERIOUSLY such a massive risk to my health? i know, as a doctor, the answer will be "any smoking is a risk to your health". i am a realist. i want a realistic answer.
