What Are The Hemoglobin Levels To Be Maintained Post Whipple Surgery?

81 year old male just went thru whipple surgery. Went in for an ERCP and went into heart failure - to much air cause belly to fill and heart stop. Pulse back from chest compressions. He has not been able to follow commands yet but all scans and tests show no brain damage. What level should his hemoglobin be kept at? How about iron?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern right now the hemoglobin may not the matter of concern but his all vital organ and their functions need to be monitored, if you mean to say about oxygen saturation level so this need to be maintained near 90, neither the iron is that much of concern still Hb should be about 11 to 12 mg/dl and iron should be 39 to 50 percent, take carr.
