What Are The Ill Effects Of Alcohol Consumption?

Hi,
I am an alcoholic guy.And recently i have noticed that whenever i am a little bit nervous or excited my hands, knees and face shivers.I am unable to control it. Could you please advice why it this happening and what is the reason and solution to stop this.
