What Are The Ill Effects Of Having Sex Without Protection?

A few days, I had sex with a married laday, whose husband is posted in remote area of J & K without having any protection. Though, I think, she is not HIV positive, though I have some insecure feeling in myself resulting in a great stress affecting my official works etc. Please guide me. If I go through test if I would be able to get correct report, just after 3 days of the said sex

However, answer is little bit in detail but it is important , so that you can in better way:
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks ( 14-15 days ) of infection and the time of period between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months .
So in your case just three days passed , so you have to wait for 11 more days for conclusive result.
2nd point is approximately 50-70 % of infected experience an acute syndrome following primary infection.
Symptoms are : fever, pharyngitis , headache / retro-orbital pain, lethargy/malaise, arthralgias/myalgias, anorexia/weight loss , nausea/vomiting/diarrhea .
Erythematous rashes, mucocutaneous ulceration in mouth and on tongue.
I also mentioned these symptoms so you can take a concrete step and don't be in panic.
