What Are The Ill Effects Of Taking Large Amount Of Tablets?

i am on a few different types of antibiotics at the minute for my tooth ache which are metronidazole, codeine, amoxicillin while also taking pain killers such as co-codamol & ibuprofen, ive been on t5 tablets previously to lose weight & have stopped taking them as i was worried the tablets im on now would effect my system. i am wanting to start on these t5 tablets again as i am scared of putting the weight back on ive already lost please could you advise me if it would make me ill in any way?! thank you x
