What Are The Ill Effects Of Taking Several Drugs At A Time?

Hi. I want to take 99 mg of Potassium Citrate, 1000 mg of Calcium, 500 gm of DL-Phenylalanine, 130 of Dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), 500 mg of Acetyl-L-Carnitine, and 500 mg of Phosphatidylserine complex. If I take these at once, is there any chance that my stomach acids could create a reaction in which I die?
