What Are The Indications For Nexpro 40?

My mother is a diabetic patient. she is 56 yrs old. and has diabetis for approx past 25 yrs. recently she started having body pain s and was not abe to walk properly. we consulted a specialist and she gave us a list of mediciens for diabetis and BP. in that list NEXPRO40 is also mentioned. but whenever my mom takes that pill, gas is formed in her stomach and not released, creating breathing problems. Could anyone please tell me for what is this pill for???
