What Are The Indications Of Rinifol?

I have 1.2 yrs old girl suffering with fever and ear itching. With other medicine rinifol dry syrup has been prescribed. Can u pls advise for what reason Rinifol syrup has been prescribed? And fever came suddenly, she was not suffering with any cold etc. So as a Mother i am worried for her for sudden fever which is around 99 and 100 F. Can you please provide your helpful thoughts ?Thank you in advance.
