What Are The Issues Related To Distance Between Ischemia Called?

how is that type of problem of skeleton(distance between ischemia not large enough)called?is that a problem common?is there a solution or any site on net which might help?is it going to prevent birth?women with skeleton resembling more like the masculine type,leg start closer,are almost parallel.much fat up between legs even if women at 57kgs.when she walks the fat inner legs can be seen pressing against each other.very unconfortable to have intercourse as leg cannot be spread enough.fat in between complicates the situation for her husband.please help.thank you
