What Are The Itchless, Painless Bumps Around The Eye?

I am 26, 5.7feet and weigh 55kg. I have very tiny itchless, colourless and painless bumps around the corners of my eyes. They started appearing some years ago and have increased in number since then and seem to be permanent. Please what are they called and how can i treat them?

By your description it appears to be calazion. Slowly it grows towards cornea, when it covers pupilary area and obstruct vision then it is to be reseated For alternative diagnosis it is to be examined by an eye doctor. After examination and report treatment can be decided. .
