What Are The Large Lumps With Blood And Pus Leaking Through Them?

Husband is in a federal prison three days ago he noticed a bump on his testicals today he has two one is the size of a egg. The other he says is the size of a toddlers foot. Both are leaking blood and puss. He can not see a doctor untill Monday (3 days from now)?

Prison is not a very friendly and hygienic place. Lumps leaking pus and blood indicates some infectious and inflammatory process going on. Antibiotics and dressing and debridement is advised. A complete clinical correlation would be necessary to sort out what it is. Meanwhile antibiotics and dressing would do.If possible sending specimen of discharge for culture and sensitivity would be good.
