What Are The Little Bumps On The Back Of My Tongue?

My throat hurts, I went outside and only the left side felt like it swelled up and feels like something is in the back of my throat. It has been hurting at night for the last few days. I saw some little bumps on e back of my tongue on the one side only when I looked on the mirror

I ve gone through your query.
The bumps you are referring to are circumvallate papilla on the posterior dorsal part of the tongue. The circumvallate papilla are swollen. This can be due to a infection in your throat. Visit your physician or ENT surgeon.
Hope this helps.
