What Are The Long Term Side Effects Of Arimidex?

I have been taking arimidex for five years, now my doctor want me to take the medication for five more years. I have been of the medication for 16 months. My MRI CAN BACK NEGATIVE. I HAD THE DYE. HE NEVER TOLD ME I WAS IN A TRAIL SHOULD I TAKE THE MEDICATION FOR 5 MORE YEARS.
