What Are The Long Term Side Effects Of Nilol Tablets?

I am a hypertension patient. I am taking tab. nilol in the morning beetacard 25mg in night, ecosprin 150 in afternoon and 0.25mg alprox. Nilol tablets taken for a period of 15 years. Now I am very tired and dizziness every day morning. Is there any side effects for the above tabllets
