What Are The Lumps Near My Collar Bone And Back Of Neck?

I have a grape sized ball near my collar bone and then another pea size ball on the same side but on the back of my neck. The one near my collar bone moves around a little and they both hurt to push on. A few days ago my neck and collar bone area started hurting and that s when I noticed them. I am a college student with no insurance, so I m just trying to find out if my symptoms are common in regards to something specific going on in the area?

It may also be due to dandruff.
These lymph nodes specifically doesn't require any specific treatment. However it is important to treat underlying etiology.
